Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and consultants of Dunamis Consulting Inc.

Work Hours & Availability

  • Core Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
  • Flexibility: Start and end times may vary if client needs and deadlines are met.
  • Meetings: Attendance at scheduled team and client meetings is expected.

Communication

  • Tools: Microsoft Teams and email are the only approved communication channels.
  • Response Time: Reply within 2 hours during business hours.
  • Professional Standards: Keep communication professional, respectful, and aligned with our brand voice.

Work Environment

  • Maintain a quiet, safe, and professional workspace.
  • Dunamis provides essential equipment and software; employees are responsible for proper care.
  • Use secure networks and company-approved VPNs for all work.

Data Security & Confidentiality

  • Compliance with applicable data protection regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) is mandatory.
  • Never share company accounts, credentials, or client data with unauthorized individuals.
  • All company data must be stored exclusively in SharePoint.

Performance & Accountability

  • Productivity is measured by outcomes, deadlines, and quality—not hours logged.
  • Time-tracking tools may be required on certain projects.
  • Regular performance reviews ensure alignment and accountability.

Time Off & Scheduling

  • Submit PTO requests with at least 2 weeks’ notice, when possible.
  • Ensure coverage and hand-offs before scheduled leave.

Health & Well-Being

  • Take regular breaks and maintain healthy work/personal boundaries.
  • Dunamis may offer stipends for ergonomic home-office equipment.

Compliance & Violations

  • Following this policy is mandatory for all team members.
  • Non-compliance may result in corrective action up to and including termination.
